We respect your privacy and we provide you with the right to see and/or correct your personal information. We do not sell our mailing list, nor do we disclose private information to any other person or company. Occasionally we may contact you to obtain further information or to offer other products or services that we feel may interest you. Should you prefer not to be contacted, please let us know and we will ensure that your name is withheld.
Returns
Australian Surfer HQ and Billabong Manly are committed to providing quality products to our customers.
We gladly exchange but do not refund if you change your mind.
Your satisfaction is our highest concern, so please take the time to familiarise yourself with the following exchange conditions:
- All items must be in new and unused condition, with all tags attached - This doesn't mean that you can't try the item on, rather that it cannot be 'worn'.
- You must indicate your intention to exchange / return within 14 days of the date of delivery. Postage back to us will be at the customer’s expense.
- In the case of items being exchanged, we will re-send the new item free of additional carriage charges, one time only.
Due to health reasons, this excludes swimwear.
All returns must be made within 14 days of order date.
Surfboards cannot be exchanged.
Faulty Items
Please email shop@ashq.com.au with any faulty items concerns. All faulty items will have to be inspected by us and in sometimes the respective supplier to confirm the item is faulty from a manufacturing fault and within normal usage conditions and within the warranty period. Clothing is usually covered by a reasonable amount of time and not beyond 3 months. When an item is deemed faulty, you may request a replacement, a store credit or a refund, The original postage is not refundable for faulty items.
